Early in Bucks’ Carroll College football career I had work-study job
that required washing and drying Saints’ practice apparel. Coach Petrino
came in my first week and gave me the following instructions, ‘If necessary,
wash Matt’s Uni twice as evidence of his work ethics and ferocity can be
somewhat distracting and intimidating to “normal talented players”.

Dear Mr Foley,
I see you are running for Mayor of Butte.
How do you feel about the city spending taxpayer funds to purchase a parking stick that has a camera on it to bust over time limit parking?
If you are for this I am not voting for you! We have had enough of the wasted spending in Butte . The high paying employment within the Butte County court house that just seems to waste money and our time as they do nothing to help Butte look better and run better and on top now wanting a parking stick that has a camera on it to the tune of 83000.00+ to get more money from us?
NO WAY! Are they CRAZY or just plain STUPID to think we would go for that!
WHAT is your thoughts?

I have a topic that I think would be most interesting to your listeners. I was born and raised in Butte. My grandfather, Aladdin Hussein, is buried in Mountain View Cemetery. He was a Turkish Kurd who immigrated to Butte in 1915, managed Middle Eastern businesses including “The Istanbul Club,” raised a family, and spent the rest of his life in Butte. His story and grave offer a fascinating glimpse into a lesser-known part of the city’s history. How do I contact you to chat more about this?
