The second episode of the ButteCast introduces us to Kathleen McLaughlin.

She contributes to the Washington Post and The Guardian. Kathleen’s reporting has also appeared in the New York Times, BuzzFeed, The Atlantic, The Economist, NPR and more, and she covered labor issues for the better part of two decades in China.

Now back in her hometown, Kathleen just wrote her first book. “Blood Money, The Story of Life, Death, and Profit Inside America’s Blood Industry” will be released in January. Click here to preorder it today.

This podcast was recorded at the Knights of Columbus, where Bernie Boyle and John Lappin rolled out the red carpet for McLaughlin and the ButteCast.
