Members of Butte’s Dynamic Dance & Tumbling Academy are this week’s Leskovar Honda Athletes of the Week.

The honors come after the team hit one out of the park at The Dance Awards at the Venetian Hotel & Conference Center in Las Vegas.

Butte sports fans are well aware of the Dynamic Dance & Tumbling Academy. The team has been entertaining crowds during halftime of basketball games for years. They also are well known for their annual shows at the Mother Lode Theatre.

The rest of the nation knows them, too, after another stellar performance in Las Vegas. Under the direction of Kymee and Krista Harrington, the Dynamic Dance & Tumbling Academy took home tons of honors from the national competition.

The company placed in multiple categories, including taking home top honors in “Outstanding Achievement in Choreography” and “Best Hip Hop Studio.”

This year’s team is made up of 44 hard-working athletes. They are: Finley Blakovich, Airkson Boyd, Keldyn Boyd, Rylee Boyd, Oakley Buckner, Harleigh Butala, Haddie Carlson, Cooper Casagranda, Zoey Cramer, Creedyn Crawshaw, Lohgan Dennehy, Harbor Doherty, Holstyn Doherty, Donovan Edmisten, Charlotte Foley, Lilly Gordon, Isla Haynes, Harper Harryman, Libbi Hettick, Clara Hiatt, Lyvia Hope, Jaxtynn Hubber, Kylah Johnson, Kambry Kelly, Nora Kelly, Reese Kelly, Emma Killoy, Grace Killoy, Kole Killoy, Laiklynn Lakkala, Sawyer Lawson, Mila Marquez, Ryley Nelsen, Lyric Okrusch, Gibby Schwemin, Shirley Schwemin, Lauren Sharp, Lynnaya Snow, London Stansbury, Lyriq Stajcar, Kortni Struble, Lita Yelenich, Brooklyan Zahler and Reece Zahler.
