Copper City Queens will welcome in October with home bout

Highway To Hell On Wheels Welcome To The Derby Afterlife.

That will be the theme at the Butte Civic Center on Saturday, Oct. 3 as Copper City Queens Roller Derby hosts its first home bout since May.

The Queens will take on Hellgate Roller Derby from Missoula. Doors will open at 5 p.m., with the first whistle at 6.

Presale tickets are $13. Price at the door is $15. Kids under 10 will be admitted for free.

Roller derby is good fun for the whole family. The Copper City Queens have proudly represented Butte and the surrounding area in Montana roller derby since 2014.

The goal of the Queens is to help individuals grow through community involvement and fair competition. They also strive to understand other people’s special qualities.
