Logan Carden, Colt Hassler, Trapper Stajcar, Kelton Berger and Chase Lubick are this Week’s Leskovar Honda Athletes of the week.

The honors come after the two former Butte High Bulldogs and three former Butte Central Maroons helped the East team pick up a 17-16 win over the West in Saturday’s second Montana High School All-Star Baseball Game at 3 Legends Stadium. The game is for players who were seniors during the spring season.

Carden and Lubick graduated from Butte High School, while Hassler, Stajcar and Berger graduated from Butte Central Catholic High School. They were selected for the game based on their outstanding prep careers.

Stajcar hit a pair of singles, drove in a run and scored another to help the East to the victory. Hassler singled and knocked in a pair of runs. He also scored. Carden added a single and a run for the winning side.

Berger and Lubick each pitched an inning in the victory.

Since the beginning of 2023, Leskovar Honda, home of the non-commission sales staff that always has your back, has teamed up with the ButteCast to honor the finest student-athletes from the Mining City to encourage more children to get up, get out and try all kinds of sports and activities.
