Butte Central picked up its first win of the football season Friday night on the Bob Green Field, and the Maroons did it in convincing fashion.

Sophomore Noah Sutton tossed six touchdown passes, and the Maroons celebrated Homecoming with a 54-0 win over Ronan. Senior GG Fantini, the Homecoming king, scored four touchdowns in the victory.

Things did not go as well for Butte High in Kalispell Friday night.

Trey Ramey ran for 119 yards and a touchdown, ad Cash Keim passed for 193 yards and two scores as the defending Class AA State champion Glacier Wolfpack beat Butte High 37-0 in a Western AA game at Legends Stadium. (Stats)

Eli Imperato added 71 yards and two scores on the ground for the Wolfpack.

The Wolfpack outgained Butte High 416-104 on the night.
